前言

FOREWORD

我作为一个二十年前的伪文艺工作者，十年前的流浪犬展摄影师，一年前的微小团队领导者，从我第一次拍摄犬展开始，不觉间已经在这个行业里呆了13年了，当然与圈内的大咖们比，我顶多也只是个白银段位，上不到王者。中国的犬展行业现在在我看来，纷扰乏乱，枝叶繁多，每一条脉络中蕴含着无尽的学问和八卦，每一场赛事上充斥着竞争和疲惫，每一顿饭局里洋溢着友谊和酒肉，每一年的岁月碾压着青春和梦想。

As an near artisit  twenty years ago, free photogragher of dog show ten years age, and a leader of this micro team since last year, it has been 13 years flowed since the first time I took photos for dog show. Now I can barely call myself a Silver  Division, of course  can not campare to the tops in this cicle. They are The Strongest King. Dog industry in China, according to me opinion, is fullfilled with chaos and subfields. Knowladges and gossips are in hiding of dog world branches; rivalry and exhaustion are lurked in each competition; youth and fantasts gain a few except growning pain.

我作为一个老油条的国内犬展摄影师，所见所闻，埋藏于心，近来逐渐开始中老年的通病，就是回忆过去，突然惊觉那些记忆已经模糊不清，即使我如何努力去擦拭这茫茫白霾，那些痕迹已经不可避免的慢慢淡去了。

I have reserved all of  what I have seen and known inside during these years as an senior domestic dog show photographer. And these  reservation recently strated to flash in my head like they do to all middle-aged men. That’s how I find that memories become blur no matter how endoavor I recalling them.

那么，我只有把这一切写下来，有时候会写一些技术性文章，有时候会胡扯乱唠嗑，过去已经无趣，未来不可预知，所以只有现在，让我们来说些有趣或者有益的事儿吧。

So I guess the only thing I can do is to write them down. Thiese essays are technical discussion, may be just chatter as well. As we don’t care past anymore, and neither the furture is predictable to us, what about talking something interesting or helpful.

 一  关于赏励照的那些事儿

一  Something about Award Photo

注：这算是一篇客观技术分析类文章，如有冒犯，敬请原谅。如有不同意见，请指正。

Note: This article mainly analysising technics. If you are offended please forgive me. Different opinions are welcomed.

1.  什么是赏励照

1.  What is Award Photo

赏励照是参加犬展的犬只，获得一定成绩后，与给予成绩的裁判一起的成绩说明照片，其中包含的元素有，裁判，指导手，（也许有犬主）犬只，赏励台（有时候很可怜会没有），赏励牌（标注犬只年龄段，场次，成绩，时间，地点，摄影师LOGO)。指导手将犬只在赏励台上将犬只摆出摄影师需求的最佳角度，通过照片展示犬只的优秀。

Award photo is the attestment to the grades of dogs. Award photo’s elements includ the judge giving award, the handler, the owner(sometimes), the award table(sometimes poor enough without table), the award plank(illustrating the age of fog, show information like time and date, grades and the sign of photographer).Handler will place the winners on table under the request of photographer in order to get a picture fully showing the attractiveness of his dog.

2.  赏励照有什么用处

2.  What is Award Photos For

赏励照是最直观的展示犬只结构优劣的图片，同时记录犬只或指导手在一个固定时间段场次获得的成绩。是犬展的影像记录里最重要的手段之一。

Award photo is the most intuitive tool to express the formation of dogs, and it record the grades that dog and the handler gained at the same time same competition. So it’s the most significant means among the image recording methods.

 这张是2016年CKU廊坊本部展的一张OPEN BIS的赏励照，涵盖了以上我分析的元素。

This BIS Award Photo of 2016 CKU LANGFANG CAC contains all elements I have said above.

然后在CKU的赏励照拍摄里，还有另外一种拍摄方法，就是事先拍好BIS以下的裁判奖项，指导手单独带犬只拍摄，然后后期合成。

There is another way of Award photogarphing in CKU. Which is handler can take photos with winner dog without judge, and photographer shall put judge’s image up while composing photo.

这种拍摄方法的好处是：

A. 裁判不至于在赛事结束后还要花大量的时间用于拍摄照片，可以更好的集中精力在场上审查，同时获得更好的休息。

B.  指导手可以有更多的时间来调整犬只的状态和角度，获得最好的效果。

坏处：摄影师更累了。

Good side of composing:

 1. Judge can get more free time to rest after one competition so they can be more focus on next competion instead of taking lots of photos.

 2. Handler could have more time to adjust the placement and alltittude of dog, so that the photos willhave best reveal.

Bad side of composing: photographers will be much more tired.

二  如何获得一张好的赏励照!!!

二  How to Get an Ideal Award Photo!!!

这个问题基本涵盖了我十三年犬展生涯所理解的一切，我将尽力用通俗的语言来描述，所有出发点均从摄影师角度出发解释赏励照，如有冒犯，敬请各位原谅。

This question generaly swept all I reckoned for thirteen years. I will try my best to describe and explain Award Photo from the photographer’s point of view in common words. Please excuse me for any unintentional offence.

A 首先，我将赏励照的好坏分为客观条件和主观条件两种。

A. First I divide facter influencing Award Photo into two kinds, objective one and subjective one.

客观条件，就是指摄影师无能为力的客观环境，举例说明：

Objective facter is the surrounding that photographer can do nothing about. For instance:

干净的前景地毯，足够标准尺寸的赏励台，指导手摆起狗来足够舒服，平整的背景板，不论是用背景布，还是BIS的背景都够整洁，漂亮的道具，合适的人数，足够大的空间，让犬只不至于受到干扰，这样的环境，我感谢主办方。

Clean foreground carpet, the standard size Award table, the handler is cozily to guide the placement of dog, flat background board is neat whther it is with background cloth or BIS background, beautiful props, the proper memebers, space big enough that dog will not be disturbed, all of those consist an wonerful environment.Deeply grateful to the organizer.

没有背景板，背景布只能挂墙上，皱皱巴巴。

垃圾堆一样的地方，不做评价。

This is almost a crap. No judgment.

走廊过道拍摄bis，秋雨断人肠，不予评价。

Take BIS Award Photo at corridor with blue rainy day. No judgement.

以上为客观条件环境因素，摄影师只能尽力去弥补。我有生之年最大愿望就是希望所有的赏励区域能跟前面好的一样。

These are objective factors. Photographer can only cover the shortage. My long-cherished ambition is that the award area can be as goog as the pretty examples.

B 主观条件。主观条件涵盖指导手技术，指导手与摄影师的沟通，犬种拍摄角度分析，如何诱导犬只达到摄影师的要求，犬只性格类型具体分析，摄影师能做的后期，其中每一条都需要非常深入的分析。

B. Subjective factor, which includs technics of handler, well communication between handler and photographer, analysis of shooting angle, methods to guiding the dog into good situation, analysis of dog’s characteristics and the editing after shooting. Each of them should be considered.

a 指导手技术。这是一个得罪人的话题，但是不可否认的是，现在国内行业里，习惯认为，能牵狗上场的都是指导手。但是评断一个指导手的好坏，除了看他们在赛环里的表现之外，非常重要的一点就是看这个指导手对拍赏励照的理解。一个在赛环里表现优秀的指导手，不一定能拍好一张赏励照，但是能拍好赏励照的指导手，就一定是一个优秀的指导手。

a.  Technics of handler. Talking about technics of handler is full of crisis. It is customary in dog world that a handler is whoever can lead dog at the show. But the comments of a outstanding handler, not only laid on the performance of handler in the ring, but also laid on the handler’s understanding to Award Photos. And the second condition is as important as first one. A handler with nice performance in the ring may not has the ability to make a good Award Photo. But a handler who make a nice Award Photo definitely is a first-class handler.

为什么这么说呢？原因就是，指导手在拍摄赏励照的时候，首先需要摆好犬只的四肢位置，而四肢位置，由指导手对犬只的理解决定。

How can I be so sure about it? Because the process of taking a Award Photo first requires the right spot of dog’s four claws. And the spot is decided by the awareness of handler to his dog.

这是一个顶视图，请注意红色圆点，代表犬只的脚底和桌面接触的位置，一个好的指导手，首先需要正确的摆放前后驱的位置，任何品种，（除德牧外）前后驱位置应简单理解为一个矩形，（为简单理解，在此忽略后驱宽度大过前驱）

This picture is in top view. These four red spot represent the where dog’s claws should be on the table. A goog handler can handle the balance of forequarters and hindquarters. The balance of any breed (except German shepherd dog) should be a rectangle.(for understandable, assumed the hindquarters is equal to forequarters. In fact its width is bigger.)

请注意绿色圆点位置，这代表右侧前驱过前，左侧前驱过后，导致前驱不齐，左侧后驱过后，当然有些指导手喜欢这么摆，在塞环里我觉得可以接受，但是在拍赏励照的时候，我个人觉得后驱还是应该符合平行原则。

Please pay attention to the green spot, which means that right side of forequarters is much front while left sied. In result, the forequarters is not in the line and the left side of hindquarters is much behind. Sure,sometimes handlers tend to place dog like this. I can understand this pose if they are in the ring. But parallel still is best choice for Award Photo.

这就是我在拍摄经常喊的：“里面（外面）的前脚往前（往后）！里面（外面）的后脚往前（往后）！”的原因，如果把犬只简化成形体看待，那么这四个接触点就像房屋的地基点，与承重柱一样决定房屋是否歪斜。

This is why I always yelling:”move the inside(outside) front paw foreward(behind)!” or “move the inside(outside) rear paw foreward(behind)!”If we simplifie the dog into a sketch lines, the four spot are equal to the base point of a house. They work as bearing columns, deciding whther the house is tilted.

很多情况下，国内的指导手在调整犬只四驱位置时，并没有一个清晰明确的概念，也不清楚要放到什么样的位置才是正确的，然后当他们手忙脚乱的随意乱动犬只的腿的时候，这种焦虑的情绪同样影响到了犬只，就会出现越乱越摆不好的情况。

In most occasion, domestic handlers do not have the clear impression of where is the right place. So they will be in a mess and nervous changing the placement. This upset mood will transfer to the dogs. In the end they both get into a negative circle.

一个优秀的指导手，无论在塞环里或者赏励台上，都应该对犬只的一切了若指掌，指导手的第一要旨是帮犬只调整到正确的站姿和重心，使之展现出最佳的结构体现，那么，犬只脚掌的四个落点，就像大厦之基，是重点的重点，直接关系到犬只的静态结构展示。

A preeminent handler should know his dog whther in the show ring or on the award table. The top task of handler is to adjust the standing figure and center of gravity, so that they can show the best formation. Then the four spot of dog is the most important thing like the base of building, which directly dicide the performance of dog’s static structure.

关于犬只在赏励台上的摆放位置

About the placement of dogs on the Award table

拍摄赏励照时，指导手需要将犬只放置在赏励台上，如果仅仅只是把犬只放上去并调整好落点和体态，忽视了摄影师，那么经常会出现，摄影师要求指导手重新调整犬只在台上的位置，因为指导手不知道自己和犬只在镜头里的角度，那么怎样的位置是合适并且良好的呢？

Handler should put the dog on the table while taking Award Photos. But if the handler just place the dog in where he thought fine and make some adjustment of figure without any awareness of the place of photographer. In these cases, photographer will ask the handler replace the dog, cause they do not know the angle between him、dog and the camera shot. Then what kind of place is proper and good one?

摄影师一般会将相机设置于与赏励台的垂直位置，通过位置辅助线我们可以看到，正侧面角度，犬只与赏励台的桌面平行。

Usually photographer put the camera in the place vertical to the award table. Through the auxiliary line, we could find out that dog should be parallel with award table in the positive side angle.
