北京时间2018年8月13日，在荷兰世界杯犬展上举行了隆重的FCI会旗交接仪式，这意味着世界杯由此次荷兰阿姆斯特丹成功交接到2019年的中国上海, 出席本次交接仪式的主要代表有FCI主席Rafael de Santiago, CKU秘书长谢典琦和2018荷兰世界杯犬展执行主席Gerard Jipping。

当CKU秘书长谢典琦先生从FCI主席手中接过FCI会旗的那一刻，即将在中国上海举行的2019FCI世界犬展便进入了倒计时阶段。CKU秘书长谢典琦在交接仪式中表示：我们诚挚的邀请广大犬界爱好者、FCI主席Rafael De Santiago共同见证参与将于2019年与上海举办的世界杯犬展。

我们将竭尽全力举办一场完美且令人难忘的赛事。

On August 13, 2018, FCI flag handover ceremony was held at the Netherlands World Dog Show, which means that the World Dog Show was successfully handed over from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Shanghai, China . FCI President Rafael de Santiago, CKU Secretary-General Dianqi Xie and the Netherlands World Dog Show Executive President Gerard Jipping attended the handover ceremony.

When CKU Secretary-General Dianqi Xie took over the FCI flag from the president of FCI,it means that the 2019 FCI World Dog Show in Shanghai, China, entered the countdown phase. At the handover ceremony, CKU Secretary-General Dianqi Xie said: We sincerely invite all the dog lovers and FCI President Rafael De Santiago to visit China and participate in the World Dog Show in 2019.

We will give all our best to organize a perfect and unforgettable dog show.

此次FCI会旗交接仪式的顺利举行，寓意着中国犬业得到了世界的认可，这也将是中国首次举办世界级犬类赛事，我们将秉承着“尊重生命，致爱世界”的初心，将全球爱犬人和上万只犬只汇聚在此，尽情享受这场欢乐聚会，一场时隔37年后重归亚洲举办的饕鬄盛宴！

在荷兰世界杯的现场,FCI主席Rafael De Santiago先生与其他各国犬业会长在中国世界杯的展位上一块印有“上海2019 WORLD DOG SHOW”的背景板上签下了自己的名字，并与诸位代表在背景板前合影留念，留下了这历史性的一刻。

The success of the FCI flag handover ceremony means that the Chinese dog industry has won world recognition. This will be the first time that China has held a world-class dog show. We will take the initiative of “respecting life,loving the world” to bring together the dog lovers and tens of thousands of dogs from all over the world to enjoy the joyful dog show——a grand event，after 37 years back to the Asian .

At the Netherlands World Cup, FCI President Rafael De Santiago and others President of different countries signed theirs names on a background board with the words “Shanghai 2019 WORLD DOG SHOW” .And he also took a photo with others President of different countries before the background board, leaving this historic moment.
